Just a quick note to thank you for the linen and changeover linen you provided to us recently at our stay at 22 Coast Avenue in January. The linen was great quality and the service of making the beds and changing the sheets etc after the first week was great.

R&D Total Clean has provided linen & nursery items for the past 4 holiday trips to Pacific Palms. Rita is always friendly and professional. She has also gone out of her way to deliver linen to us late on a Sunday night.

 Flew up from Adelaide to stay at Bluets Beach and hired linen and baby gear from Rita. Fabulous service!! She made the beds for us and did a mid week clean as my wife has just had a new baby, Rita made it very relaxing for us all!!

Rita has done an excellent job for me in managing the set up and ongoing maintenance of my holiday home at smiths lake Rose Cottage with Stayz. She advised on the initial requirements for customers, and has kept the property to a very high standard. I find her meticulous and very hepful and can recommend her to you.

Stayed at Blueys Beach hired linen and had Rita do
a private clean while we stayed. Linen lovely fresh and clean Rita did a fantastic job and went out of her way to help us. We also hired
a baby cot and high chair , saved a heap of room in our maxed out car.

We'd recommend R & D Total Clean to provide cleaning services if you have a holiday house that you want looked after. Rita has cared for our holiday rental property for several years. After visitors leave she checks to make sure there are no Bond "issues" and then cleans the house. If there is a gap between visitors we get her to do a pre-visit check to make sure all is in readiness. Her hire service makes it easy for international and interstate visitors especially but is handy for anyone who doesn't want the hassle of bringing their own linen or nursery equipment.

R & D Total Clean has been providing cleaning services to us for a number of years now for our house in Smiths Lake. Rita has pride in her work and looks after our house as well as she does her own. This is important to us as we rent our 'retreat' to others and need to know that it is ship-shape for guest's arrival and also left undamaged on guest's departure. Her "Check and Refresh" service is a great way to ensure all the little spiders' webs are removed and that the rooms smell fresh on guests' arrival. We recommend her linen service to all our guests and utilised it ourselves when we had our wedding at Smiths Lake last year and had friends and relatives staying at other properties. We love visiting Smiths Lake and know that at least once during every visit Rita will drop by to say "gidday" and to make sure that everything has been done to our satisfaction.
